There's been a lot of talk, hope and dissatisfaction with present efforts to revitalize downtown Tucson as part of the multi-million dollar Rio Nuevo project approved by voters in the 1990s. But there have been multiple plans for re-invigorating and re-energizing the area through the years.

Four local artists have gathered a collection that dates back to 1932. Their exhibit is called +-92: Downtown master Plans, 1932 - 2009 and it wraps up this Saturday October 24th from 6 to 8 pm at the McLellan Building, 63 E Congress which is at the NW corner of Scott Avenue.

Bill Mackey, an artist and architect and Rachelle Diaz, an artist and graphic artist, discuss the exhibit and some of the timely issues relating to downtown Tucson's redevelopment efforts.
