Daisy Jenkins arrived in Tucson in the 1960's, but her roots in this country go back much further, to the generations of slaves that began arriving on U.S. shores in 1619.

Jenkins agreed to take part in National Geographic's Genographic Project to trace her family tree to African tribes. Kimberly Craft reports.
