View Video Rodeo Culture A Tucson Tradition — February 24, 2009

It's Rodeo Week in the Old Pueblo.

This is a time when the city of Tucson celebrates the Western traditions of our region. In this story, produced by Luis Carrión, we visit the Tucson Rodeo Grounds along with the adjacent museum, and talk to a member of the Parade Committee about the importance of maintaining connections with the legacy of the West.

We also learn what makes the rodeo parade such a unique event for both participants, and spectators.

The Tucson Rodeo Parade Museum is located on the northeast corner of South Sixth Avenue and Irvington.
