We all hear about conserving water due to increasing population, drought, and over allocation of the Colorado River. But as Christopher Conover reports, we also should begin thinking about the quality of that drinking water. Congress is now beginning to question the quality of the water in the Colorado River and trying to determine what the federal government can do to ensure a safe drinking water supply for the West.
