Domestic violence carries with it a stigma not only in society but also in the court system. But a loophole in Arizona law has allowed some abusers to be charged only with assault...that is until now.
As Christopher Conover explains, Arizona is tightening up domestic violence laws. The new definition means that offenders as young as high school age can now get charged with domestic violence.
