University of Arizona Professor Dr. Tom Volgy talks to Tony Paniagua about the growing connection between the nations of the world and how relations might be improved in this global atmosphere.

Among many other accomplishments, Volgy has served as mayor of Tucson. He is presently working as professor of International Politics and he's also the leader of the International Studies Association, which has its headquarters at the University of Arizona. The group offers international scholarships to students from more than 80 different countries and works with major universities that have international studies programs.
